The Cold Truth about Fitness
 
 
Over the years I have seen many fitness gimmicks come and go, all claiming to be the end all to your fitness needs and worries.  These are usually on TV infomercials and guaranteeing you results in just a few weeks, if that long. I saw one that guaranteed you to lose 10 pounds in two days.  Man they made it sound great however, they didn’t mention that it was mostly water weight and you’d immediately gain it all back. Of course in all these types of commercials and infomercials they have only the best, sleekest, and most beautiful people strutting about in their skimpy bathing suits luring the viewer to think they‘ll be just like the guy or gal on the TV.  Most of these are bought and paid for by the consumer only to be thrown out later. 
 
There is a way to change your body, to make yourself into the healthy well fit person that you desire, yet this takes a little more than 6 minutes a day three days a week.  It is sure fired and guaranteed just as the others but it only costs a few dollars and some effort on your part.   The only people that have failed to achieve results using this plan are those that don’t stick to it.   You have to admit that nothing comes from idleness so we agree that you have to put forth an effort.  Fair enough you apply yourself and I’ll provide the guidelines and plan needed.  Remember there are two steps to fitness, nutrition and activity.
 
If you view those infomercials closely you’ll see always in very small print that if you follow the diet plan results will be achieved.  This is mentioned very briefly and almost not at all, why, because most of us are afraid of the word diet.  I call my plan a nutrition plan.  It is a plan for changing your eating habits to better utilize the food you eat but not to starve you to hunger pains.  Just follow the instructions and you’ll be reaping the rewards shortly down the road.  Notice I’m not promising you the moon in just 2 or 7 easy days.  I will not do that either, this nutrition plan is the same plan I use myself.  So with all that said let’s get started.  It takes time and effort on your part to work, so get ready.
